While there appear to be no noticeable stains or dirt, there is a distinct storage odor (like camphor, or a strong incense...apologies if my description is inaccurate), so this is not recommended for those unfamiliar with antique or vintage kimonos, old fabrics, or scraps.

There are fold lines on the half-width section, as well as what appear to be scuff marks or metallic discoloration, and areas where the black thread from the pattern shows through.

According to AI, the pattern is a lion, but the exact animal is unknown. The pattern of an imaginary creature is repeated. The back of the taiko (drum) section and the half-width section (approximately 120cm) are plain gold.

The color can appear silver or beige depending on the angle, so I have included images that appear gold as much as possible. However, the actual color is not as vibrant as the images, and it's a color that makes you understand the idea of considering gold and silver as achromatic colors.
